Ingredients For korean chicken wings

1-2 call purpose flour

2 csoy sauce
-
6 Tbspdark brown sugar

1 tspminced garlic
-
1 pinchcrushed red peppers
How To Make korean chicken wings

1Cut chicken wings and remove the tips. Place flour in a gallon size ziplock bag. Put chicken in bag and coat with flour (do not season chicken or flour). Heat deep fryer to 450.

2Mix remaining ingredients in a big bowl and set aside

3Fry chicken to a nice golden brown about 15 mins. Stir the sauce in the bowl, then add the chicken and make sure it's coated with sauce, then put chicken in a dutch oven lined with paper towels. It's simple as that, enjoy!
