Ingredients For kitty's low calorie chicken & vegetables

  • 1 lb
    chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 1 can
    diced tomatoes with garlic and olive oil (15 oz.)
  • 2
    zucchini
  • 1
    green pepper
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • vegetable spiral pasta (prepared according to package directions)
  • 1/4 c
    black olives chopped
  • 1/4 c
    parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 - 3 dash
    oregano

How To Make kitty's low calorie chicken & vegetables

    Cut chicken into small pieces and cook in large pan over medium-high heat until white

    Dice zucchini, chop onions and cut peppers into chunks while chicken is cooking

    Add tomatoes and all fresh vegetables to cooked chicken and cook until vegetables are slightly tender. Do not over cook

    Season with salt and pepper

    Serve over pasta and garnish with fresh grated Parmesan cheese, oregano, and sliced black olives according to taste
