I love trying diferent ways of cooking chicken. This is a local favorite here in Hawaii. I make this a few times a year mostly when my brothers come home.

Ingredients For kitkat's chicken katsu

4 mdchicken breast halves, skinless and boneless- pounded to 1/2 inch thick

1/2 tspsalt and pepper

2 Tbspall purpose flour

1egg, beaten
-
1 cpanko bread crumbs

1 coil
How To Make kitkat's chicken katsu

1Frist season the chicken breasts on both sides with salt & pepper. Place the flour, egg & panko crumbs into separate shallow dishes. Then coat the chicken breasts in flour & shaking off any excess. Dip them into the egg & then press into the panko crumbs until well coated on both sides.

2Then heat 1/4 inch of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Then place chicken in the hot oil & cook 3 or 4 mins per side or until golden brown.
