Ingredients For kimmi's wings of fire

2 tspblack pepper, divided

2 tspcayenne pepper, divided

1 tspseasoned salt
-
1 tspcrushed red pepper flakes

1 tsppaprika
-
40ritz crackers, crushed (about 1 1/2 c)

12chicken wings, split at joints, tips removed

2 lgeggs
-
1 Tbsptabasco
-
1 Tbspyellow mustard
- DIP:

3/4 csour cream
-
1/2 cmayonnaise
-
1/4 cchili sauce
-
2 Tbspa1 steak sauce
How To Make kimmi's wings of fire

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2In a small bowl, whisk together 1 tsp. each black pepper & cayenne pepper, seasoned salt, red pepper flakes & smoked paprika. Mix 1 Tbsp. seasoning mix & crushed ritz in a pie plate & set aside.

3Sprinkle the wings evenly with the remaining seasoning mix. Cover & refrigerate at least 1 hour (see note).

4Whisk eggs, hot sauce, mustard & the remaining black pepper & cayenne pepper in a separate pie plate. Dredge chicken wings into the egg mixture, then into the crushed cracker mixture. Place in greased shallow baking pan.

5Bake 35 - 40 min. or until golden brown & done, turning after 20 min.

6Mix remaining ingredients together in small bowl. Serve with wings.

7NOTE: Chicken can be seasoned & refrigerated overnight.
