Ingredients For kimi's chicken & spinach ravioli

  • 1 sm
    bag of frozen ravioli
  • 3
    boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can
    cream of onion soup
  • 1 can
    cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can
    milk
  • 1 md
    onion chopped
  • 3 clove
    garlic minced or 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1
    bag of fresh spinach
  • 4 slice
    provolone cheese
  • salt & pepper
  • 1 Tbsp
    italian seasoning

How To Make kimi's chicken & spinach ravioli

    Bring a pot of water to a rapid boil adding salt to the water. Place the whole bag of ravioli and boil till it floats to the top. Do not drain, set it aside.

    In fry pan add 2 tbsp of olive oil, onions. Saute till transparent. Add chicken, garlic, italian seasoning, salt & pepper. Cook till chicken is no longer pink.

    In bowl, combine both soups and 1 can of milk. Add this to the chicken. Add the bag of spinach and steam with lid on. When wilted add ravioli by spoonfuls to the sauce and cheese. Stir till cheese melts.
