These wings are JAMMIN' Lickin' Good!!! Kim Biegacki sent some of the most amazing jam. This is what I came up with. These are no doubt the best wings I've ever made. I hope that you enjoy. Ingredients For kim b's spicy grilled asian jammin' wings

2 lbchicken wings, cut

1 Tbspchinese five spice powder

1 tspgranulated garlic powder

1-2 tsphabanero sea salt
-
2 Tbspgrape oi l**vegetable or corn ios fine**

zest of 1 orange
- JAMMIN' SAUCE
-
1/2 ccranberry orange jam with crystallized ginger

1/2 stickbutter
-
2-3 Tbspsoy sauce
-
1 Tbspsriracha
-
juice of 1 orange

1/4 bunchcilantro, chopped
How To Make kim b's spicy grilled asian jammin' wings

1Marinate wings in ingredients 2-6 for at least 4 hours, best overnight.

2Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Heat a large grill pan "or oven proof skillet" on top of stove. Grill top of wings unitl golden brown. Flip wings and transfer to heated oven. Bake for an additional 12-15 minutes or until juices run clear.

3Meanwhile, in a medium heated sauce pan melt butter and add the rest of sauce ingredients. Simmer for 2-3 minutes. Add cooked wings to a large mixing bowl. Add warm sauce and toss. Garnish with additional cilantro.
