    chicken breast halves, skinless(cut into strips)
  • 2 c
    pig skins (crushed)
  • 1/4 tsp
    onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic and herb seasoning
  • 1 /4 c
    parmasan cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 lg
    eggs

How To Make keto friendly chicken tenders

  • 1
    Pour crushed pig skins onto a plate add spices
    Mix together.

    Crack eggs into a bowl mix slightly.

    Mix parmesan into eggs

    Dip chicken strips into egg mixture then into crumbs.

    Fry in small amount of oil till brown finish in oven. About 20 minutes covered.
