I make these alot around our house.. they are healthy with or without a bun ...have great flavor and its my husbands favorite ..hope you enjoy them as much as we do.

Ingredients For kellie's chicken burgers

  • 2 lb
    ground chicken
  • 1 pkg
    dry onion soup mix
  • 2 md
    eggs
  • 2 c
    bread crumbs, dry
  • salt and pepper to taste

How To Make kellie's chicken burgers

    mix all ingredients together if to wet just add more bread crumbs.

    Form into small patties. I make six but they are big they will swell up and not shrink.

    heat a non stick skillet to cook the burgers.

    My method is different but works well. I place 2 patties in the pan. pour 2 to 3 tablespoons of water in pan and cover to steam them.3 to 5 min. flip and do same thing. til cooked thru.
