    boneless chicken thighs cut into strips
  • 1 sm
    onion chopped
  • 2 c
    mushrooms chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
    grated ginger
  • 4 clove
    garlic minced
  • 2 Tbsp
    oil
  • 2 Tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    fish sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    rice vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 2
    scallions chopped

How To Make kai phat khing (chicken with ginger)

    In a wok or large skillet place the oil. Add the chicken and saute until opaque. Add the onions, mushrooms, ginger, and garlic. Stir fry until chicken is almost done and the mushrooms are browned

    Stir in the soy sauce, fish sauce, rice vinegar, and brown sugar. Stir fry 3 more minutes. Serve sprinkled with scallions
