Ingredients For just the beginning chicken

  • 2 lg
    chicken breast halves (chopped)
  • 1 md
    onion (chopped)
  • 1 md
    green pepper (chopped)
  • 1 lg
    zucchini (sliced)
  • 1 Tbsp
    evoo (extra virgin olive oil)
  • 1 pinch
    s/p salt & cracked pepper

How To Make just the beginning chicken

    Put EVOO in hot pan add S/P onion (sweat)till clear add S/P chicken-Brown then add S/P zucchini Add green peppers in the last 5 minute.

    Because your adding S/P thought out do not over do it.

    Can be served over rice or add four cheese sauce (comes in a jar) to go over noodles. You can also serve over a bed of fresh spinach.
