Another quickie dish. I had some stale jalapeno cheese bread and didn't want to throw it out, so I put it in the food processor and ta da, the most delicious, juicy, tender chicken I've ever had in my life.

Ingredients For juicy baked chicken thighs

  • 3 lb
    chicken thighs, skinless and boneless
  • 2 c
    jalapeno cheese bread crumbs
  • 4 oz
    plain greek yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp
    mrs. dash original blend
  • 1/2 tsp
    ea. granulated garlic and granulated onion

How To Make juicy baked chicken thighs

    Mix together yogurt and spices. Place jalapeno bread into food processor and bring to crumbs.

    Rub chicken thighs on both sides with yogurt mix. Place bread crumbs in large ziploc bag. Place rubbed chicken in bag and coat.

    Bake 375° for 30 min.
