Ingredients For john’s cornflake crusted chicken

3/4 cmayonnaise

1/3 cranch dressing

1 tspsmoked paprika
-
1 tspgarlic, minced

1/2 tsponion powder
-
1/2 tsporegano, dried
-
salt & pepper

2 ccrushed cornflakes

4chicken thighs
How To Make john’s cornflake crusted chicken

1Preheat oven to 400F.

2In a bowl combine the first 7 ingredients. Mix well.

3In a separate bowl, add the crushed cornflakes.

4Take each chicken thigh & dip in the dressing mixture, then dip into the cornflakes. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet (or you can grease or spray sheet with cooking spray)

5Bake at 400F for 30-40 minutes.
