Ingredients For itallano chicken

  • 1 lb
    bacon
  • 1 pkg
    mushrooms, your chioce.
  • 1 whole
    chicken,cut up,skin removed.
  • 3 Tbsp
    flour, seasoned
  • 1 tsp
    each,garlick salt,oregano,basl,tyme,and parsley.
  • 1
    tomato,chopped.
  • 1/2 c
    chopped onion.
  • 2 c
    tomatoe juice
  • 3 Tbsp
    romano cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp
    suger
  • 1 tsp
    apple citer vinegar
  • 1 c
    mozzarella cheese,shredded

How To Make itallano chicken

    In a large plastic bag Place skinless chicken, flour,garlic salt and pepper. Shake to coat well. In a large dutch oven over med-high heat,cook bacon until nearly crisp. Remove and set on paper towl to drain. In bacon drippings brown chicken. add muhsrooms,and onions brown lightly.Drain off excess drippings.

    Now add tomato juice,tomato vinegar,romano cheese,suger and dry herbs.Cover and simmer for 45-60 min,or untel sauce is thickened. Cut up bacon,uncover dutch oven and top with bacon and cheese befor serving
