Ingredients For italian noodle medley

  • 6 c
    extra wide noodles
  • 3 c
    spaghetti sauce
  • 2 c
    cooked chicken, cubed
  • 2 c
    mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 c
    ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 c
    grated parmesan cheese

How To Make italian noodle medley

    Heat oven to 375 degrees. Cook noodle according to package directions 4 minutes; drain. Meanwhile, in med saucepan, heat sauce and chicken until warm.

    In a 2-quart casserole dish, spoon enough sauce to cover the bottom. Layer with one-half of noodles, 1 1/2 cups of sauce and ricotta plus 1 tablespoon of noodle water to thin out ricotta to smooth better and 1 cup of mozzarella cheese; repeat with remaining noodles sauce and cheese. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Bake, uncovered for 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
