I think you could use this chicken in so many ways. Sandwiches, with pasta, or as a base for whatever dream up!

Ingredients For italian chicken

chicken thighs, skinless and boneless, or breasts

1 Tbspkosher salt

1 Tbspgranulated sugar

1 Tbspgranulated garlic, heaping
-
1 Tbspmccormick italian seasoning, heaping
-
water
-
olive oil, extra virgin
-
cheese of choice, i used mozzerella
How To Make italian chicken

1Preheat oven to 350.

2In a gallon size ziplock bag, add chicken, seasonings, & water. Seal & mix well. Put in refrigerator to marinate. ( I left mine in overnight, but at least a few hours)

3Drain liquid from chicken & pat dry.

4Heat a large skillet over medium high heat. Add oil.

5When oil shimmers, working in batches (do not crowd) add chicken to pan, cook 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown.

6Top chicken with cheese & put in oven until cheese melts. (Approx. 7-8 minutes)
