Ingredients For italian baked chicken

  • 4 lg
    boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 3/4 c
    fat free plain yogurt
  • 2 c
    italian breadcrumbs
  • 1 Tbsp
    paprika
  • 1 pinch
    salt and pepper

How To Make italian baked chicken

    Preheat Oven to 350 Take all 4 thawed chicken breasts and pat them dry with paper towels. This allows seasonings to adhere better.

    Coat each chicken breast with the fat free yogurt
  • 3
    Cover with breadcrumbs and seasonings
  • 4
    Place on foil in a cookie sheet and bake at 325 for 30 minutes.
