We use to make this a lot, but haven't in a few years. I think this recipe came from a cooking show years ago.

Ingredients For indian chicken

8pieces of chicken skinned and scored

2 cplain yogurt

1/2 colive oil, extra virgin

1/4 clemon juice
-
1 Tbspfresh ginger, smashed & chopped fine

1 clovegarlic, crushed

4 tspcumin
-
1 1/2 tspcardamon, ground

2 tspcayenne pepper
-
2 1/2 tspsalt
-
few dashred food coloring (optional)
How To Make indian chicken

1Put all ingredients in a large zipper bag and allow to marinate for a few hours.

2Heat oven to 450.

3Remove from marinade and place on a grill pan (or use a wire rack with a sheet pan under it). Bake for 30 minutes or until juices run clear.
