4boneless chicken thighs cut into pieces

2 Tbsptomato paste

1 Tbspgrated ginger

1 tspeach paprika, cardamom, & balti seasoning

1/2 tspeach salt, paprika, & turmeric

1/2 dashalmonds

1 cgreek yogurt

3 Tbspbutter

1 mdonion diced

1/4 cheavy cream

basmati rice and naan for serving
How To Make indian chicken korma

1Place the chicken pieces in a bowl. Add the tomato paste, ginger, garlic, garam masala, cardamom, balti seasoning, salt, paprika, turmeric and almonds in a food processor and process until smooth.

2Add the mixture to the bowl of chicken and then add the yogurt. Mix well. Set in fridge and let marinate at least 2 hours.

3Place the butter in a large skillet. Add the onions and cook over medium low heat until caramelized about 15 minutes. Add the chicken mixture in and simmer for about 10 to 15 minutes. Add the heavy cream and cook 5 more minutes. Serve with Basmati rice and naan
