I love curry. Therefore, I love Indian Chicken curry. It is a spicy meal, but fabulously delicious!

Ingredients For indian chicken curry

  • 2 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1 md
    onion, diced
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon, ground
  • 1 tsp
    paprika
  • 1 md
    bay leaf
  • 1 tsp
    corriander
  • 1/4 tsp
    ginger roots fresh, grated
  • 1/2 c
    curry powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 3
    boneless, skinless chicken breasts cubed
  • 3/4 c
    coconut milk, unsweetened
  • 1/2
    lemon, juiced
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    tobasco sauce
  • 1/2 tsp
    cayene pepper

How To Make indian chicken curry

    Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium heat. Saute the onion.

    Stir in all the spices. Add the chicken, tobasco sauce and cook for a few minutes.

    Add coconut milk. Simmer for 25 minutes. Add lemon juice. Stir and serve with rice or noodle. Enjoy.
