1 cplain greek yogurt

4boneless skin thighs cut into pieces

1jalapeno seeded and chopped

28 ozcan crushed tomatoes

How To Make indian butter chicken

1In a large bowl add the yogurt, lemon juice, turmeric, garam masala and cumin. Toss in the chicken and let marinate 6 hours.

2Add half the butter to a skillet and cook the chicken until golden. Transfer to a plate and set aside. Add the remaining butte to a pan and cook the onion, garlic, ginger and jalapeno for about 5 minutes. Add the tomatoes, paprika, and chicken to the pan.

3Simmer for about 10 minutes. Stir in the heavy cream and cook 2 more minutes. Serve garnished with Cilantro. Serve with Basmati rice and naan
