Ingredients For idahoan fried chicken

2 cflour

2 cidahoan instant mashed potatoes flakes

3eggs
-
1 cmilk
-
1 cbread crumbs

1 tspground black pepper

1/4 tspcayenne pepper

1 tspdried oregano leaves
-
1/2 tspdried sage leaves

1/2 tspdried thyme leaves
-
1/2 tsppaprika
-
1 tspgarlic powder
-
8chicken legs (about 2 pounds)

6 ccanola oil
How To Make idahoan fried chicken

1Stir 1 cup of flour and 1 cup of potato flakes in a medium bowl.

2Beat the egg and milk in another bowl with a fork or whisk.

3Stir the remaining flour , potato flakes , bread crumbs and seasonings in another bowl.

4Coat the chicken with potato mixture.

5Dip the chicken in egg mixture.

6Coat the chicken with the seasoned flour mixture.

7Heat the oil in a 4 quart sauce-pot over medium-high heat.

8Add the chicken in batches and cook for 10 minutes or until chicken is golden brown and cooked through. Drain the chicken on paper towels.
