Ingredients For hunter chicken

4bone in chicken thighs

2 Tbspbutter

3shallots chopped

3 clovegarlic minced

1 lbfresh mushrooms sliced

1 cdry white wine

2 cbeef stock

2 Tbsptomato paste

3 Tbspcold water

2 Tbspcornstarch

2 Tbspfresh parsley small chop

2 tspfresh tarragon choped

salt and pepper to taste
How To Make hunter chicken

1season the chicken with salt and pepper. heat butter in a skillet. Cook the chicken in the butter for about 20 minutes until no longer pink. Remove chicken and set aside and keep warm.

2Add the shallots, garlic, and mushrooms to the pan and cook about 4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Pour in the wine and cook over high heat another 4 minutes. Add the beef stock and tomato paste. Mix well. Mix the cornstarch and water together

3Bring the liquid to a boil and pour in the cornstarch mixture. Mix well. Add the parsley and tarragon. Add the chicken back in and cook for 5 more minutes.
