Ingredients For hot 'n' cheesy chicken

3 ccooked chicken, chopped

1 pkg(14oz) frozen broccoli florets, thawed

2 ccooked rice
-
1 1/2 cfrozen peas, thawed

1 cancondensed cream of soup
-
1 cancondensed nacho cheese soup

1 canrotel tomatoes with chiles, juice included

1/2 cmilk
-
1/2 tspcrushed red pepper, optional
-
1/2 cshredded cheddar cheese
-
1/2 cshredded mozzarella cheese

1 ccrushed ritz crackers
How To Make hot 'n' cheesy chicken

1Preheat oven to 350. Place chicken in the bottom of a 9x13" pan. Add broccoli, peas and rice. Stir slightly to mix the ingredients.

2Combine soups, tomatoes/chiles with juice, milk and red pepper. Stir in half of the cheeses. Pour over the chicken, veggies and rice. Sprinkle crushed crackers evenly over the top. Sprinkle remaining cheeses across the top of the crackers.

3Bake, uncovered for 20-25 minutes. If frozen veggies are used, increase baking time to 40-50 minutes
