These are my take on buffalo wings,they're not quite as messy to eat but just as good.

Ingredients For hot chicken wings

chicken wings,cut in two pieces

salt and black pepper
-
garlic powder
-
liquid hot sauce of your choice
-
all purpose flour
-
cayenne pepper
-
peanut or canola oil
How To Make hot chicken wings

1Wash wings. Cut in half(flat piece and drummette) pat dry,season with salt,pepper and garlic powder,place in a plastic bag add hot sauce to your taste,I say the more the better! Mash and moosh the bag to distribute the seasonings and wings,marinade overnight. Heat oil in deep fryer or skillet. Season flour with salt,pepper,cayenne and garlic powder. Add a few wings at a time to the seasoned flour,the hot sauce that clings to the wings makes them crispy . Fry wings until golden brown and crispy. Drain on a wire rack. Add additional hot sauce if you like.
