1/2 calmonds, slivered

3 ccubed cooked chicken

1 csliced celery

1 ccheddar cheese, shredded

1/4 cgreen onions, chopped

3hard-cooked eggs,chopped

1/2 cmayonnaise

1 tsplemon juice

1/2 tspsalt

1/2 tspblack pepper

1 cslightly crushed potato chips
How To Make hot chicken salad casserole

1Preheat oven to 350*F.Spray a 1 1/2-quart baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

2Place the almonds on an ungreased baking sheet.Bake,stirring occasionally,until toasted and golden,8-12 miuntes.Remove from oven and allow to cool.

3Meanwhile,combine the chicken,celery,cheese,onions and eggs in a medium bowl.Add the toasted almonds.Mix well.

4Combine the mayonnaise,lemon juice,salt and pepper in a small bowl.Stir until well blended.Add to chicken mixture and mix well.

5Spoon the chicken mixture into the prepared baking dish.Sprinkle evenly with the potato chips.Bake until heated through,25-30 minutes
