    boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    pepper
  • 2 tsp
    paprika
  • 1 c
    flour
  • 3 Tbsp
    butter, divided
  • 2 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp
    honey
  • 1 Tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    sherry vinegar
  • chopped chives, for garnish

How To Make honey soy glazed chicken breast

    Cut the chicken breast in a diamond pattern not all the way through. Mix the salt, pepper, paprika and flour together. Dredge the chicken in the flour shaking off the excess.

    Add 2 tbsp butter to a large sauce pan. Add the chicken and brown on both sides for about 5 minutes each side. Remove chicken to a plate and set aside.

    Add the remaining butter to the pan and add the garlic, honey, soy sauce, and vinegar. Add the chicken back and cover and cook 10 more minutes turning once.

    Serve garnished with chives.
