This recipe is adapted from a recipe I got from a Taste of Home cookbook. The original recipe was made with pork, but I found that my family likes the chicken better.

Ingredients For honey-mustard chicken filets

6-8chicken breast filets

1/4 choney
-
1/4 cspicy brown mustard

2/3 ccrushed butter-flavored crackers (about 16)

2/3 cdry bread crumbs

2 Tbspvegetable oil

2 Tbspbutter or margarine
How To Make honey-mustard chicken filets

1Wash chicken breast filets and pat dry. Flatten chicken to about 1/8-inch thickness. Combine honey and mustard. Brush over both sides of chicken filet.

2In a shallow bowl, combine crushed crackers and bread crumbs; dip chicken in mixture to coat.

3In skillet, heat oil and butter. Fry chicken filets for 15-20 minutes or until no longer pink and juices run clear.
