Ingredients For honey- mustard baked chicken

  • 2
    whole chickens, cut-up
  • 1/2 c
    butter
  • 1/2 c
    honey
  • 1/4 c
    dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp
    curry powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt

How To Make honey- mustard baked chicken

  • 1
    Place chicken parts in a shallow baking pan. In saucepan melt butter: stir in remaining ingredients heat through. Brush glaze over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours or until chicken is golden brown. Baste chicken often. Makes 6-8 servings.
