1 conion, minced

1 clovegarlic, minced

2 cketchup

1 capple cider vinegar

1/2 cmolasses

1 choney

1 Tbspdijon mustard

1 Tbspchili powder

1 Tbspblack pepper

2 Tbspbourbon

6natural bone-in/skin-on chicken, turkey or duck breasts

1 Tbspkosher salt

1/2 Tbspblack pepper
How To Make honey bourbon bbq chicken, turkey or duck breasts

1Melt butter in a saucepan over med heat. Add onion & garlic & saute until soft, about 4 minutes. Add the next 7 ingredients. Reduce heat to a simmer & cook slowly for 20 minutes; until the sauce thickens. Stir in bourbon.

2Prepare a med-hot fire in the grill.

3Mix salt & pepper together. Sprinkle ove chicken & under the skin. Grill chicken about 10 minutes per side or until the internal temp reaches 165 degrees F. Reserve 1 C. of BBQ Sauce. Brush chicken lightly with remaining sauce & cook for 2 minutes longer.

4Let chicken rest 5-10 minutes before serving.

5Place chicken on a platter & cover loosely with foil until ready to serve.
