Ingredients For homemade chicken burgers

1b-b-q chicken(deboned)

small meat grinder
-
1 tspsea salt & pepper
-
1/2green peppers cut in small pieces

1 tspeach of garlic powder,cumin,parley,chives,cayenne powder

2eggs
-
1/2 cbread crumbs (regular)

1/2 colive oil, extra virgin

bowl,mixingspoon,

1/4 cmilk
How To Make homemade chicken burgers

1Put pieces of chicken in the meat grinder until you have use all the chicken ,it will come out in crumbling pieces.

2put in bowl,add all the dry ingredients and green peppers and mix together.

3add 2 egg mix, slowly add milk ,mix until consistency is right and you can shape into patties .You can make 4 large patties.

4heat frying pan on medium heat , add 1/2 cup of olive oil put patties in frying pan and fry 3 -4 mins on each side until brown. Serve with rice, or potatoes and vegetables

5You may substitute herbs for whatever you like and use also yellow or red peppers . Enjoy chicken burgers without preservatives and freshly made.
