1 pkgchicken breasts, boneless and skinless

1 bottleworcestershire sauce

1 bottlesoy sauce

1 jarplum jelly
-
1 canwater chestnuts
-
1 pkgstir fry vegetables frozen

1 canpineapple, chunks

1 Tbspcorn starch
-
1 boxrice, instant
- RESERVE THE PINEAPPLE JUICE FOR THE STIR FRY SAUCE
How To Make homeade chicken stir fry

1cut chicken into bite size pieces and cook until tender and well done.

2In a bowl mix pineapple juice,worcestershire,soy sauce and plum jelly until you get the sweetness desired for sauce.

3Heat a large skillet and add chicken,frozen vegetables and water chestnuts.

4pour some liquid over the mixture and simmer until the vegetables are hot.

5Then pour the rest of the liquid and add the cornstarch, turn the heat up on high so that the cornstarch will slightly thicken the sauce.

6Serve over cooked rice.
