Ingredients For homeade chicken stir fry

  • 1 pkg
    chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 1 bottle
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1 bottle
    soy sauce
  • 1 jar
    plum jelly
  • 1 can
    water chestnuts
  • 1 pkg
    stir fry vegetables frozen
  • 1 can
    pineapple, chunks
  • 1 Tbsp
    corn starch
  • 1 box
    rice, instant
  • RESERVE THE PINEAPPLE JUICE FOR THE STIR FRY SAUCE

How To Make homeade chicken stir fry

    cut chicken into bite size pieces and cook until tender and well done.

    In a bowl mix pineapple juice,worcestershire,soy sauce and plum jelly until you get the sweetness desired for sauce.

    Heat a large skillet and add chicken,frozen vegetables and water chestnuts.

    pour some liquid over the mixture and simmer until the vegetables are hot.

    Then pour the rest of the liquid and add the cornstarch, turn the heat up on high so that the cornstarch will slightly thicken the sauce.

    Serve over cooked rice.
