1/2 choisin sauce

2 Tbspmirin

3 clovegarlic minced

1/2 tspsambal olek
- CHICKEN

1 lbground chicken

4 clovegarlic minced

1 tspginger grated

8 ozshittake mushrooms small dice

1 cbean sprouts
- VEGGIES

1/2head red cabbage sliced

1/2 ccilantro chopped

1/2 bunchscallions chopped

2 Tbsphemp seed hearts
- NOODLES

8 ozrice noodles cook according to package directions and drained
How To Make hoisin chicken power bowl

1For the sauce. Mix all ingredients together on stove top cook until jelly has dissolved. Set aside.

2Cook the ground chicken with the hoisin sauce, ginger and garlic. When the chicken is almost done add the mushrooms and the bean sprouts. Stir in the sauce mixture.

3Cook the rice noodles and drain

4To assemble dish. Place noodles in a bowl. Top with chicken mixture. Top with red cabbage, cilantro, green onions and hemp seed hearts.
