Ingredients For hibachi chicken

  • 2 can
    beer (budwiser, heineken, etc)
  • 5 lb
    chicken thighs, skinless or boneless
  • salt to taste
  • TERI SAUCE
  • 1/2 c
    shoyu
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 tsp
    sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp
    chili pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp
    grated fresh ginger
  • some julienned green onions

How To Make hibachi chicken

  • 1
    Salt chicken. Soak in beer for 2 hours. Drain chicken and precook by baking in oven for 1 hour at 325° Soak in sauce recipe for 2 to 3 hours and ready for the Hibachi, cook 4 minutes each side carefully not to burn.
