I don't much remember making this or what it tastes like. :) It can be served over rice if you would like.

Ingredients For herbed chicken strips

1/2 lbboneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 smonion, sliced

2 clovegarlic, minced
-
1/4 cbutter
-
1 Tbspminced fresh parsley
-
1 tspminced fresh dill
-
1/2 tspdried oregano
-
1/4 tspsalt
-
1/8 tsppepper
-
hot cooked rice
How To Make herbed chicken strips

1Place chicken strips in greased 1 qt. baking dish. In a skillet, saute onion and garlic in butter till tender. Stir in parsley, dill, oregano, salt and pepper. Pour over chicken. Bake, uncovered, at 350* for 15 mins. Stir, bake 5-10 mins longer or till chicken juices run clear. Serve over rice.
