Ingredients For herbed chicken strips

  • 1/2 lb
    boneless skinless, chicken breasts
  • 1 sm
    onion, sliced
  • 2 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1/4 c
    butter
  • 1 Tbsp
    minced fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp
    minced fresh dill
  • 1/2 tsp
    dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/8 tsp
    pepper
  • hot cooked rice

How To Make herbed chicken strips

  • 1
    Place chicken strips in greased 1 quart baking dish.
  • 2
    In a skillet, saute onion and garlic in butter till tender. Stir in parsley, dill, oregano, salt and pepper. Pour over chicken.

    Bake uncovered, at 350* for 15 minutes. Stir, bake 5-10 minutes longer or till chicken juices run clear. Serve over rice if desired. Enjoy!
