Ingredients For herbed chicken strips

1/2 lbboneless skinless, chicken breasts

1 smonion, sliced

2 clovegarlic, minced
-
1/4 cbutter
-
1 Tbspminced fresh parsley

1 tspminced fresh dill
-
1/2 tspdried oregano
-
1/4 tspsalt
-
1/8 tsppepper
-
hot cooked rice
How To Make herbed chicken strips

1Place chicken strips in greased 1 quart baking dish.

2In a skillet, saute onion and garlic in butter till tender. Stir in parsley, dill, oregano, salt and pepper. Pour over chicken.

3Bake uncovered, at 350* for 15 minutes. Stir, bake 5-10 minutes longer or till chicken juices run clear. Serve over rice if desired. Enjoy!
