My moms recipe, which originally called for crushed cornflakes. I substituted the healthier Total flakes. Either way, it's yummy!

Ingredients For healthy, crunchy baked chicken

1/4 cmelted butter

2 Tbspfat-free milk
-
1 Tbspfreeze-dried chives

1/2 tspsalt
-
3 Tbspchopped fresh parsley

1/2 tsppaprika

6boneless, skinless chicken breasts
How To Make healthy, crunchy baked chicken

1Heat oven to 425. Spray a 9" x 13" baking pan w/ cooking spray.

2In a shallow dish, mix 2 tbsp butter, milk, chives, salt and garlic powder. In another shallow dish mix crushed cereal, parsley and paprika.

3Dip each chicken breast into milk mix, then coat evenly w/ cereal mix. Place chicken in pan. Drizzle w/ remaining butter. Bake, uncovered for about 20 min, or until no longer pink inside.
