1 pkgmorningstar farms chicken patties

2 cdiced celery

1 cfrozen peas, thawed

1/4 cdiced green bell pepper

2 Tbspdiced onion

1 cshredded american cheese

1/4 tspsalt

1 Tbsplemon juice
-
1 ccrushed baked potato chips

1-1/2 clight mayonnaise
How To Make healthy baked chicken salad

1Heat oven to 350. Spray a 2-quart casserole dish w/ cooking spray. Place chicken patties, celery, peas, green bell pepper and onion in lg bowl. In another bowl,combine 1/2 the cheese, mayonnaise, salt and lemon juice. Add mayonnaise mix to chicken mix, toss to coat.

2Place mix in casserole dish. Bake 30 min. Sprinkle w/ crushed chips and remaining cheese. Bake 10 min, or until cheese is melted.
