1 tsplower sodium salt

1/4 tsppepper

1/4 tspor more, cayenne pepper

4boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 Tbspolive oil

1red onion, diced

3 Tbsplemon juice

1 lgripe avocado, diced.

How To Make healthy avocado chicken

1In small bowl, combine salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper. Rub evenly into chicken breasts.

2Heat oil in lg skillet over medium heat. Add chicken to skillet and cook 5-7 min each side, or until no longer pink in the middle.

3In bowl, stir together red onion, lemon juice and avocado. Season w/ salt & pepper. Spoon avocado mix over chicken.
