Ingredients For healthy alfredo chicken lasagna

1 boxwhole wheat or whole grain lasagna noodles

5 ccooked, chopped chicken

2chopped plum tomatoes
-
1/2 cred onion, chopped

2 tspminced garlic
-
2 creduecd-fat, shredded italian-style cheese
-
110 oz container lite cottage cheese, like 1% fat

2 csliced fresh mushrooms
-
3 clight alfredo sauce
-
6 sliceprovolone cheese
-
2 tspdried parsley
How To Make healthy alfredo chicken lasagna

1Heat oven to 425. Spray a 9" x 13" baking pan w/ cooking spray. Cook lasagna noodles as directed, drain and cool.

2Place noodles in a bowl w/ 1 tbsp olive oil, to prvent sticking. In lg bowl, combine chicken, tomatoes, onion, and mushrooms. Add cottage cheese, shredded Italian cheese, and garlic. Mix well.

3Ladle 1 scoop alfredo sauce into bottom of pan. Place 3 noodles on top of sauce. Then add a scoop of chicken mix on top of noodles. Repeat layers. Top w/ provolone slices. Sprinkle w/ parsley. Cover pan w/ foil and bake 30 mins. Remove foil and bake 15 min, or until bubbly and cheese is melted.
