This marinade is probably my favorite of any of the Asian sauces my husband invented. Just so delicious!

Ingredients For hawaiian chicken kabobs

3 Tbspsoy sauce

3 tsppineapple juice

5 Tbspbrown sugar

1 tspmolasses
-
1 tspketchup
-
2 Tbspsherry
-
1 Tbspsesame oil

1 tspginger, fresh

1 tspgarlic, minced

2 lgchicken breasts, skinless, boneless, cut into 2" chunks

1 - 20 ozcan pineapple chunks, drained, reserving 3 tbsp for marinade

1pepper, green or red cut into 2" chunks
How To Make hawaiian chicken kabobs

1In a ziplock, mix the first 9 ingredients.

2Add the chicken & pineapple into the marinade. Mix until well coated. Let marinate in the fridge at least 2 hours.

3Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

4Lightly oil the grill grate. Thread chicken, pineapple & peppers alternately onto skewers.

5Grill 15-20 mins, turning occasionally, or until chicken juices run clear.
