I have mentioned before how I use to own a deli. Pizza a big seller! Always had a regular cheese & pepperoni, and a specialty pizza ready for slice sales at lunch time. A popular one was the chicken cordon bleu, my fav was the hawaiian. I just love sweet and savory. How about combining? Now this has to be my favorite! Very satisfying slice of pizza!

Ingredients For hawaiian chicken cordon bleu pizza

  • 1-2 lb
    pizza dough ball
  • 1 c
    mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1-2
    cooked cut chicken breast
  • 2-3
    deli ham slices chopped
  • 1/2 c
    ranch dressing
  • 2 c
    chopped pineapple
  • garlic powder
  • butter
  • cornmeal

How To Make hawaiian chicken cordon bleu pizza

    Grease pizza pan with butter, sprinkle with cornmeal (for crunch on pizza) Spread doughball on greased pan, pierce dough with fork. Cover with clean towel and set for 10min for dough to rise.

    Spread ranch dressing, cover with grated cheese then ham, chicken sprinkled with garlic powder, last with pineapple. Bake in 425 degree oven for 18-22min till lite golden and cheese melted. Depending on size pizza pan is depending on amounts of ingredients.
