Ingredients For hawaiian chicken

2 lbchicken tenderloins cut into pieces

1 cpineapple juice

1/2 cbrown sugar

1/3 csoy sauce
-
2 Tbsprice vinegar
-
1 Tbspfresh ginger minced

4 clovegarlic minced

2 Tbspcornstarch mixed with 3 tbsp water

1/2 cchives thinly sliced
-
jasmine rice and sriracha sauce for serving
How To Make hawaiian chicken

1Place the first 7 ingredients in crock pot. Cook on low 6 hours. Remove chicken with slotted spoon and set aside.

2Place the sauce in pan on stove and bring it to a boil. Whisk in the cornstarch mixture until thickened. Stir in the chives.

3To serve place the rice on a plate. Top with chicken. Spoon sauce over top garnish with sriracha sauce to taste
