This is like chicken cordon bleu without the breading. A great meal, rolled up to keep in the cheese, you will definitely love this.

    boneless skinless chicken breast halves
  • 4 slice
    cooked ham
  • 4 slice
    swiss cheese
  • 2 Tbsp
    oil
  • 1 can
    cream of broccoli soup
  • 1/3 c
    milk
  • 1/4 c
    green onion, sliced
  • 1/8 tsp
    thyme

    Place ham and swiss cheese on a breast, roll up and secure with toothpicks. Cook chicken in hot oil in skillet 10 min or until browned on all sides. Spoon off fat. Stir in remaining, heat to boiling. Cover, reduce heat to simmer 10 min or until chicken is fork tender. Garnish with chopped parsley.
