Ingredients For ground chicken stroganoff

  • 1 lb
    ground chicken
  • 1 md
    onion chopped
  • 1 c
    sliced mushrooms
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 Tbsp
    flour
  • 1 c
    chicken stock
  • 1 Tbsp
    each white wine, worcestershire sauce, & dijon mustard
  • 1 c
    sour cream at room temp
  • 3 c
    cooked wide noodles
  • parsley for garnish

How To Make ground chicken stroganoff

    In a medium saucepan brown the chicken, onion and mushrooms until chicken is no longer pink and onions are translucent. Season with salt and pepper
  • 2
    Sprinkle the flour over top the chicken mixture. Add the chicken stock and mix well. Mix the wine, worcestershire sauce and mustard together and add that to the pan.

    Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Add the sour cream and cook on low 2 minutes. Serve over cooked noodles. Top with parsley for garnish
