Ingredients For grilled teriyaki ginger chicken with pineapples

2-3 lbchicken breasts, boneless and skinless

1 bottleteriyaki sauce, divided

1 Tbspfreshly grated ginger

1 Tbsptoasted sesame seeds

1 Tbspcanola oil

salt/pepper, to taste

1 cfresh pineapples (you can also use canned)
How To Make grilled teriyaki ginger chicken with pineapples

1Pierce the chicken breast.

2Marinate at least 30 mins with half of the teriyaki sauce as well as grated ginger, salt, and pepper.

3Add in the canola oil.

4Grill chicken about 5 mins each side (depending on the thickness... the thinner, the better). Also grill the pineapples.

5Place the chicken in an oven dish.

6Pour the other half of the teriyaki sauce over the chicken.

7Top with sesame seeds and grilled pineapples. Keep warm in oven until ready to serve. Serve over white rice. Delicious!
