This is so good! Try it you'll like it!!! I made up this recipe several years ago for a back yard grilling picnic. It was a big hit! In the time section: I put 20 minutes in the prep time for assembling and cooking the sauce. The cooking time, is for the chicken breasts. The alcohol cooks off and just leaves the great flavor! Enjoy!

Saute the onions in the butter until onions are cooked and transucent. Be careful not to burn. Add all sauce ingredients (but not thickening ingredients. Simmer for 10 minutes. Mix together thickening ingredients. Slowly add to the sauce while stirring constantly. When sauce is thickened, remove from heat. *** You can make this on the grill, or in your kitchen and bring it along... your choice.

Put your chicken breasts on the grill and cook until almost done on one side. (About 5 inches from the heat source). Turning with a tongs (poking with a fork will dry out your chicken). Using a sauce mop or brush, coat the chicken with the sauce. Turn chicken over and coat it again. Do this every minute or two until the chicken is done. Before removing from the grill, coat both side and put on a plate.
