I found this recipe on a cooking site and tried it! It was PERFECTLY DELICIOUS! It is the perfect blend of spices! We just couldn't stop eating these wings! These are mild in heat! I added my own photo.

Ingredients For grilled jerk chicken wings

1 Tbspdried thyme

1/2 tspcayenne pepper

1 1/2 tspblack pepper

1 1/2 tspground bay leaves

1 1/2 tspkosher salt

1 tspground nutmeg
-
1 tspcinnamon powder
-
1/4 tspground cloves
-
2 Tbspgarlic powder
-
1 Tbspsugar
-
1/4 colive oil, extra virgin

1/4 csoy sauce
-
3/4 cwhite vinegar
-
1/2 corange juice
-
1lime-juiced
-
1jalapeno pepper-seeded and minced
-
3green onions-finely chopped
-
1 cwhite onion-finely chopped

1 lgfamily pack of chicken wings-tips removed and wings cut in half
How To Make grilled jerk chicken wings

1In a very large bowl combine the first ten ingredients. Then whisk in the next five ingredients.

2Add the jalapeno pepper, green onions and white onions to mixture and mix well.

3Now add the chicken wings and toss to coat. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 6 hours.

4Preheat outdoor grill.

5Remove the wings from the marinade and grill til thoroughly cooked.

6While the wings are grilling, pour the leftover marinade into a small saucepan and heat til boiling. Then simmer for about 10 minutes. Serve with the wings as a dipping sauce.
