1 lbboneless chicken thighs

1/4 csake

1/2 cjapanese soy sauce

1/4 cmirin

3 Tbspbrown sugar

How To Make grilled chicken yakitori

1Soak wooded skewers in water for 30 minutes. Get your grill hot.

2Mix the sake, soy sauce and mirin and brown sugar together in a bowl. After the skewers are ready cut the chicken into strips then thread them on skewers.

3Brush the Yakitori sauce on the chicken and place on a grill. Keep brushing the sauce on the chicken and turning for 8 to 10 minutes.

4Remove from grill and garnish with scallions.
