We're always looking for a reason to fire up the grill during the summer. This recipe takes a while to marinate but it's easy to throw together and fast to grill. Prepare this a day ahead, to make sure the chicken gets enough time to marinate.

Ingredients For grilled chicken teriyaki

  • 4
    boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 c
    prepared teriyaki sauce (your favorited bottled brand)
  • 1/4 c
    lemon juice
  • 2 tsp
    minced garlic
  • 2 tsp
    sesame oil

How To Make grilled chicken teriyaki

    Place chicken breasts, teriyaki sauce, lemon juice, minced garlic and sesame oil in a large bag that can seal. Seal and shake to coat. Place in refrigerator overnight (or up to 24 hours), turning several times.

    Preheat grill to medium high and lightly oil the grate. Remove chicken from bag (discard the marinade) and grill 8 minutes on each side or until done.
