2 Tbspeach of basil,cilantro ,tarragon

dashsalt and pepper and lemon juice
- FOR SANDWICHES:

1 csliced apples

1 cgrilled onion

2 Tbspolive oil

8 slicecook thick cut apple wood-smoked bacon

4ciabatta rolls, cut in half horizontally

1head of bibb lettuce, wahed and dried

4 sliceprovolone cheese

1roma tomatoe
How To Make grilled chicken club sandwich

1For Herb Mayonnaise: mix mayonnaise and herbs to gather in a small mixing bowl and place in refrigerator. Brine the chicken breast in the refrigerator for at lease 6 hours.

2Once you remove chicken from brine , rinse off chicken and pat dry. Grill chicken until done. sauté onion and apples in olive oil until caramelize. remove and place in small bowl.

3Place the rolls on a clean work surface and spread about 1 tablespoon of the Herb Mayonnaise on each half. On the bottom halves place the sliced chicken breast and add two slices of bacon and cheese.

4Top with several lettuce leaves and 1/4 of onion mixture.close the sandwiches with top half of each roll and grill until warm and cheese has melted.
